Personalized & Handmade Items

All of our products are handcrafted and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, dates, logos, and custom text before placing your order. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase.

Production Time

Every order is handmade and personalized to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the item,

  • the packaging,

  • and the shipping label.

In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Design Approval

For all personalized orders, we send a digital design preview before production. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the design will be considered approved and production will proceed accordingly.

International Orders & Customs

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
